Returns and Cancellations

While we hope you’ll be happy with your Prince Carpets products, the information below is what you’ll need to know if you want to return your order. This policy applies to everything you buy from Prince Carpets.

CHANGED YOUR MIND?

That’s no problem. We’re happy to offer a credit on most products, as long as it’s within the return period. You must return the item(s) to us within 7 days of ordering it. This only applies to items in stock and not made to order items. Items made on custom order need to be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase in order to receive a credit To have the credit issued, please contact us on carpetsprinceville@gmail.com, quoting your order number, failure to do so may result in a delay finding your order and charges if the order has been processed.

IS YOUR ITEM FAULTY OR DAMAGED?

We do our best to make sure everything arrives perfectly, but if it doesn’t, our customer services team are here to help. We will require photographic evidence for any faulty or damaged goods before we can arrange a replacement. Please email us at carpetsprinceville@gmail.com if there is an issue with your order. If you are outside of the 14-day returns policy but are within the 1-year manufacturer warranty, you have the option to receive a replacement product of the same value or store credit to the product value for you to purchase something else from our website. We are unable to process any credit for any orders that are outside of the 7-day return policy.

RETURNING AN ITEM

We do require all the original packaging and accessories to be included in the return and the product must be unassembled and unused. We can arrange for your order to be collected or you can organise this yourselves.

We may apply a re-stocking fee upon the return of your order. This will be based on the condition and nature of the products.

We do not refund the original delivery charge paid (if applicable). Please contact us for the return address and make sure to include your customer order details with the package, as we cannot process the returned goods without these.

RETURN COSTS

Please note that we do not offer a free returns service on any items. You can either arrange to send back the item yourself or we can arrange for a courier to come out and collect from you. Please contact us and we will advise you of the collection cost.
